Breakfast: egg bake
Lunch: date w Sheila, omelet w sausage and pepper rings, fruit, 2 pieces of toast
Dinner: salad w chicken
Exercise: 1 mile walk before breakfast, lawn mowing
Squat: 250x5+5+7
Diet has been poor, weight up to low 250s. Haven't been walking constitently, have been lifting at least somewhat regularly.
