Monday, April 16th

They changed the look of Blogger on me.  Took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Breakfast: egg bake
Lunch: hamburger, two Reeses easter eggs
Dinner: Chicken salsa
Snack: a nut bar

Exercise: 2 mile walk with Kiah before breakfast

Diet wasn't great today, but I'm posting it anyway.
