Sunday, February 26th

Whoops, left off for my trip to Japan and forgot about, not that any of you commented on my absence.

Diet:
Breakfast: egg bake
Lunch: rotisserie chicken
Dinner: chicken stir fry

Exercise:  Skipped almost a month of weight lifting, so having to reset a bit.
Press: 105x 5+5+8
Squat: 205: 5+5+5
